Inspired by their years of experience in the food industry through catering, events and restaurants, Brera expanded the commitment in providing quality and above-standard food experience to transportation industry- train, planes, charter flights.

Grounded by the owners’ passion to provide excellent and great tasting food experience, Brera’s mission is to offer avant-garde and bespoke menus based on the customer’s needs and budget. We work together with our customer to design, create and serve our menus up to standard, specifications and in-compliance with food safety procedures.
